Matthew 12:9–14 prayer
9Departing from there, He went into their synagogue. 10And a man was there whose hand was withered. And they questioned Jesus, asking, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”—so that they might accuse Him. 11And He said to them, “What man is there among you who has a sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will he not take hold of it and lift it out? 12“How much more valuable then is a man than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” 13Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” He stretched it out, and it was restored to normal, like the other. 14But the Pharisees went out and conspired against Him, as to how they might destroy Him.

Father, give me the ability to truly focus on You and You alone. Give me the ability to fear You and You alone. If I fear You then I don’t have to fear man. If I fear You then I don’t have to fear failure. Give me the ability to replace a fear of man with a fear of God. Give me the ability to replace a fear of failure with a fear of God. Give me the ability to replace fear with faith.
Father, increase my faith. Give me the ability to focus my eyes completely on You and to believe the impossible is possible. Give me the channel all of my heart, soul, mind and strength into loving You and You alone. Give me the faith and confidence to pray and obey expecting Your Spirit to bring revival to me personally, revival to our church and spiritual awakening to our city. Father, anoint me to preach and teach Your Word. Fill me up with the fullness of Your Spirit. I pray for Your Spirit to be unhindered in me and unhindered in our body. I pray for Your Spirit to convict us of sin, judgment and righteousness. I pray for our people to humble themselves, to pray, to seek Your face and to turn from their wicked ways.
Father, give me the selfless to fast and pray. Father, feed me with Your Word. I pray that my food will be to do the will of the One who sent me. Father, reveal yourself to me. Speak to me. Speak to me clearly and authoritatively. Show me things in Your Word that are difference makers. Show me how to teach these truths in order to make them come alive. Father, bless and anoint your vision in and through me. Father, cause people to catch Your vision, to love Your vision, and to obey Your vision. I beg You to do exceedingly, abundantly more than I can ask or think according to Your might power that works in and through me. Father bring revival to our church. I pray for at least 75 baptisms during this series. Father, show us how love works when we work.
